A curated collection of people, places, tools, and ideas to support your holistic well-being.

In-Person - Central/Upstate New York

This has always been home. After spending time in New York City, I came back to Central New York. I have come to see this region the way I see the people who practice in it: full of hidden gems most people drive past without knowing what is there. These are the practitioners and places that hold a special place in my heart.

North Coast Yoga

Yoga Studio • Oswego, NY

North Coast Yoga offers a full range of classes, from gentle Yin Yoga to Tai Chi, along with sound baths and wellness clinics that go beyond the mat. Teachers Linda and Howard bring years of knowledge and a steady, caring presence to every class. It is a place built for both gentleness and challenge, depending on what your body needs that day.

Dr. James Leff, DC

Natural Health Chiropractic

Physical Therapy • Newark, NY

Dr. James Leff has practiced physical therapy in the Newark, NY community for years, helping patients recover mobility and rebuild strength after injury. His approach blends hands-on care with targeted exercise, treating the whole person rather than just the site of pain. For anyone rebuilding trust in their body, his experience offers steady, practical guidance.

Jessica Hanshaw

Coach Hanshaw Personal Training

Personal Training • Ithaca, NY

Coach Hanshaw Personal Training is a woman-owned studio built around educating clients on how to move their bodies well, not just work them harder. Jessica Hanshaw and her team train clients from age eleven to ninety-nine, offering one-on-one, small group, and online coaching rooted in strength and confidence. Their focus on autonomy over dependency makes this a place people return to for years, not just a season.

Amazing Mind Body Spirit Center

Holistic Healing Center • Canandaigua, NY

Amazing Mind Body Soul Center is a sanctuary in downtown Canandaigua offering Reiki, sound healing, acupuncture, massage, and mental health therapy under one roof. Owner Hayley Godfrey leads with the belief that real transformation starts with honoring the whole self: mind, body, heart, and soul. It is a place to go deeper, not just to relax.

Sterling Nature Center

Nature Preserve • Sterling, NY

Sterling Nature Center is a 1,400 acre preserve along the Lake Ontario shoreline, with ten miles of trails open every day, dawn to dusk, free of charge. Supported by the volunteer nonprofit Friends of the Sterling Nature Center, it offers a place to walk, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world in every season. Sometimes the most healing resource is simply time outdoors.

In-Person - NYC

New York City is where I called home for a little over 4 years. These are the places and practitioners I worked with while I was there. These people and places were instrumental in a lot of change and growth for me personally.

Yug Wellness

Yoga & Movement Studio • Astoria, NY

Yug Wellness is a woman-owned wellness center in Astoria offering yoga, aerial, Pilates, barre, and reformer classes in a welcoming, community-focused space. Founder Erika Ferrentino built it as a place where people can show up as beginners without judgment and find a practice that feels good in their own body. It is grounded in herbalism, spirituality, and community as much as movement.

The Manual Shop

Physical Therapy • Astoria, NY

The Manual Shop is a hands-on, one-on-one physical therapy practice in Astoria, founded by Nick Torres after he saw how rushed, high-volume clinics were underserving their patients. Sessions run longer and stay individualized, blending manual therapy with functional training and practical homework to keep progress going outside the clinic. It is care built around actually knowing the person in front of them, not moving them through on a schedule.

PhysioLogic

Integrative Medicine & Wellness • Brooklyn, NY

PhysioLogic is a fully integrated medical and wellness center in Brooklyn Heights, bringing together medical doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, and Pilates instructors under one roof. Their team-based model means practitioners collaborate directly on a person's care rather than treating each issue in isolation. It is a resource for anyone who wants their physical health addressed as a whole system, not a set of separate symptoms.

Online & In Book Stores

Growth does not only happen in a room with someone. These are the teachers, authors, and resources I turned to from wherever I have been and wherever I go. They helped to shape my thinking and my growth just as much as anything in person did.

To Be Magnetic & Expanded by To Be Magnetic

Manifestation & Personal Development

To Be Magnetic is an online manifestation platform created by Lacy Phillips, grounding its process in neuroscience, psychology, and somatic work rather than mindset alone. Their signature Pathway program is built to identify and shift the subconscious beliefs that keep people stuck, using guided audios and structured practice. It is a resource for anyone who has done the surface-level work and is ready to go deeper.

Steve Nobel

Spiritual Healer & Author

Steve Nobel is a spiritual healer, author, and mentor who has spent over a decade creating meditations, transmissions, and healing resources for those on an awakening path. His work spans free guided meditations, retreats, and several books on navigating spiritual growth with steadiness rather than overwhelm. It is a resource for people whose spiritual hunger goes beyond typical wellness content.

Mark Groves

Human Connection Specialist, Author & Podcast Host

Mark Groves is a human connection specialist and founder of Create the Love, whose work focuses on the patterns that keep people from real intimacy and connection.
